We’re excited to introduce the latest addition to our growing street food line-up – our brand-new Hog Roast Street Food Stall, serving quality Welsh pork, fresh ingredients and proper hearty food that's perfect for festivals, corporate events, Christmas markets and large-scale public events.
We wanted to take the traditional hog roast and give it the modern street food treatment, focusing on one thing above everything else: great-quality ingredients served fresh and fast.

The star of the show is, of course, the pork.
We use quality Welsh pork, slowly cooked to create beautifully tender meat while developing the flavour and texture that makes a proper hog roast so popular.
Combined with crispy crackling, stuffing and carefully selected accompaniments, it creates a simple but incredibly effective street food offering.
Rather than overcomplicating the menu, we've concentrated on doing the classics properly.
