The annual Swansea Fireworks Show is not just a dazzling spectacle of pyrotechnics but also a gastronomic delight that keeps attendees coming back for more. This year, our catering team outdid themselves by introducing a range of delectable units that left taste buds tingling and tummies satisfied.
Our culinary line-up featured a diverse selection of food units, ensuring there was something to satisfy every craving. We served up a finger-licking good time with our Kentucky Fried Chicken unit, offering the unmistakable flavours of succulent chicken that KFC is known for. For those in need of a caffeine boost to keep warm on the brisk November evening, our Barista Coffee unit was at the ready, serving up steaming cups of java to perk up the crowds.
Two Gourmet Burger units provided a gourmet twist on classic comfort food. These units tantalized attendees with a range of mouth-watering burger creations, featuring premium ingredients and unique flavour combinations. From juicy beef patties to vegetarian options, our gourmet burgers catered to all preferences.
And what firework show isn’t complete without a little sweetness? Our Sweet Stall was a hit, complete with candy floss and popcorn machines. Attendees could enjoy the fluffy, sugary delight of freshly spun candy floss and the comforting crunch of caramel flavoured popcorn.
Teamwork makes the Dreamwork
But we didn’t stop there. Collaboration is at the heart of our event catering service, and we work closely with our concession management partners to offer an even wider variety of culinary delights. This year, we were thrilled to bring in Chinese noodles, offering aromatic dishes that wowed the crowds with their authentic flavours. Doughnuts added a touch of nostalgia, with freshly glazed treats that satisfied even the most discerning sweet tooths. The grand finale of our culinary offerings was the hog roast, where succulent, slow-roasted pork was carved to perfection, served in rolls. The aroma of the roast drew visitors from all corners of the event, ensuring no one left hungry.
