About Circus School:

Circus School is open to anyone aged between 5 and 18 years. If you are over 18 please contact us about other opportunities to learn circus skills. We will be offering students the chance to get involved in a four day course centred around trying out and developing skills in a whole range of circus apparatus. Groups will be allocated based on age and experience so that everyone will have the opportunity to develop skills at an appropriate pace.

Participants will begin by learning basic hand-eye co-ordination skills, moving on to more complex movement skills involving balance and spatial awareness. Circus School aims to teach and develop skills in circus disciplines, while also encouraging teamwork; developing self-confidence and providing young people with a summer experience to remember for the fun, the activities and the friendships made.

The range of activities include: juggling, plate spinning, diabolo, unicycle (trainer), stilt walking, tightrope walking, acrobalance and trampette and many others.
